How to request deletion of your data from LeadsBox

Your Right to Data Deletion

LeadsBox is committed to protecting your privacy. If you connected your Instagram or Facebook account to LeadsBox and would like us to delete the data associated with your account, you can request deletion using any of the methods below.

Option 1 — Delete Your Account In-App

The fastest way to permanently delete all your data is directly from within the LeadsBox app. When you delete your account, we immediately remove:

  • Your profile and personal information
  • Your organisation and all associated data
  • All leads, conversations, and messages synced from Instagram
  • All invoices, deals, and pipeline data
  • Your Instagram and Facebook connection tokens
  • All billing history and subscription data

To delete your account:

  1. Log in to your account at app.leadsboxapp.com
  2. Go to Settings
  3. Scroll to Danger Zone
  4. Click Delete Account and confirm

Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Your data is wiped immediately and any remaining anonymised records are purged within 3 days.

Option 2 — Submit a Request by Email

If you no longer have access to your account or prefer to submit a written request, email us at:

privacy@leadsboxapp.com

Please include your registered email address and the phrase "Data Deletion Request" in the subject line. We will process your request within 30 days and send you a confirmation.

Option 3 — Via Facebook / Instagram Settings

If you connected LeadsBox through Facebook Login, you can trigger a data deletion request directly from your Facebook settings:

  1. Go to your Facebook account settings
  2. Navigate to Security and Login → Apps and Websites
  3. Find LeadsBox and click Remove
  4. Select "Delete activity" when prompted

This triggers an automated deletion request to LeadsBox via Meta's Data Deletion Callback. You will receive a confirmation code and a link to check the status of your deletion request.
